E-Gift Card Terms and Conditions

Predefined Amounts

• The Source Unknown E-Gift Card is available in four predefined amounts, offering simplicity and convenience.

Delivery

• The Source Unknown E-Gift Card is delivered digitally via email and includes a unique voucher code.

Currency and Validity

• The E-Gift Card is available in two currencies: USD and EUR.

• Each E-Gift Card may only be redeemed for purchases made in the same currency in which it was issued.

• E-Gift Cards can only be purchased and used in countries where USD or EUR is supported at checkout.

• The E-Gift Card remains valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

Redemption and Flexibility

• If the total purchase amount exceeds the value of the E-Gift Card, the remaining balance may be paid at checkout using an additional payment method.

• Orders paid for using an E-Gift Card are considered final sale. E-Gift Cards are non-reloadable and non-refundable.

• To check the balance on your E-Gift Card, please refer to the section below in your order confirmation receipt or contact our Customer Care team.

Usage Restrictions

• The E-Gift Card cannot be redeemed for cash or exchanged for cash equivalents.

• Source Unknown reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

• Any remaining balance after redemption cannot be refunded, transferred, or redeemed.
