Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they meet the conditions outlined below.

SourceUnknown reserves the right to refuse returns outside this deadline or if the garments are not in the same condition in which they were sent to you or if they do not comply with our return conditions. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods or you have provided proof of return.

Returns that do not meet the conditions below may be declined or accepted with a deduction from your refund if cleaning, repair, or repackaging is required.

To be eligible for a return, items must:
• Beunworn, unwashed, and unaltered.
• Have all original tags attached.
• Be returned with any original garment covers, dust bags, or packaging provided with the item.
• Be free from perfume, deodorant, makeup, stains, or any other signs of wear.

The following items are not eligible for return:
• Black Friday Sale orders.
• Items purchased with a discount greater than 15%.
• Any item marked Final Sale. Final Sale items are not eligible for a refund or store credit. No exceptions will be made for sizing, fit, or fabric issues.
• Accessories including Jewelry, Belts, Sunglasses, and Hats (Bags are excluded from this category).
• Shoes must be returned unworn in their original shoebox.

We are unable to offer price adjustments for orders placed before or after a promotional period. Sale pricing only applies to purchases made during the active promotional period.

Store Credit, e-Gift Card or Discount codes cannot be applied to items marked as Sale, including orders containing Sale items.

1. Visit our Return Portal to initiate your return.
2. Enter your order details and generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
3. Download the prepaid DHL Express return label.
4. Schedule a DHL collection or drop off your parcel at a DHL Service Point.
5. Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

A USD $25 handling fee will be deducted from all approved returns.

If you use the prepaid DHL Express return label provided through our Return Portal, the return shipping cost will also be deducted from your refund.

Original shipping charges paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.

We currently do not offer exchanges.
If you would like a different size, colour, or style, please place a new order and return your eligible item for a refund.

All items are quality controlled and inspected before dispatch.

If you receive an item that is not in perfect condition, please contact us immediately with images of the defect within 7 days of receipt. The item must remain in its original condition, unworn and unwashed.

For customers residing in the European Union, you may have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please notify us before the withdrawal period expires by contacting our Customer Care team.

Returned items must be sent back within the applicable legal timeframe and comply with the return conditions where permitted by law.

Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected by this Return Policy.
