At SourceUnknown, we are committed to providing you with a seamless shopping experience. Due to an increased order volume, we experiencing a slight delay in processing time. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.
Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted and includes a 2-3 days where your items will be processed and dispatched by our warehouse. Please note this can take longer during our sale periods when it may take up to 48 hours for order processing excluding weekends and major holidays.
US Shipping: $10 / UPS Express / 1-2 business days in transit upon dispatch
Worldwide Shipping: $20-$45 / UPS Express / 3-5 Business days in transit upon dispatch
Delivery times are estimates and start from the date of dispatch.
Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.
We do not ship to PO Boxes.
All orders will now be sent directly from our Global warehouse.
We are unable to redirect shipment to a different address or cancel the order once it has been dispatched.
Our shipping partner, UPS, also offers you the flexibility to make changes to your delivery while your purchase is on its way to you. Enter your mobile number at checkout to receive an SMS notification after your order has been dispatched.
If no one is available to sign for the delivery, the driver will make a total of three delivery attempts on three consecutive business days. If there is still no one available to sign for the package, after 5 days with no communication, it will be returned to our warehouse.
We currently offer UPS Express Shipping as our primary method of delivery. We do not provide overnight or alternative shipping methods, as UPS Express offers the quickest option for our customers.

Customs Policy

Starting February 2025, we cover customs duties and taxes for the following countries: United States, Australia, France, Italy, UK, Kuwait, UAE, and Saudi Arabia
Please note that import taxes and duties are dependent on your shipping location and will be displayed at checkout. Recipients from other countries are responsible for duties/taxes, which can be paid upfront at checkout or upon delivery based on your country.
If you refuse delivery for any reason, your package will be treated as abandoned by the shipping carrier and will not be eligible for a refund.
Orders that are not received by the recipient and therefore sent back will be deducted a shipping fee.

Signature Release

For security reasons, all sourceunknown.com online purchases require a signature upon delivery.
If you'd prefer to sign for your delivery, you can remove the signature requirement. Please note that if you choose to remove this, SourceUnknown and UPS cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage that may occur your order has been delivered.
Please be aware that our service is not a named delivery service and anyone at the designated delivery address may sign for your delivery. We will not be liable for a lost or missing order that has been signed for in a building, for example an office address that has been provided for delivery.
Once your package has been signed for and delivered, SourceUnknown is not responsible for theft or damage.

Lost Packages

Unfortunately, we are not responsible for packages that may become lost in transit. It is the responsibility of the customer to track their package and monitor its status. If delivery was made without signature in your favor, we cannot guarantee for the lost or damaged.
It is the customer's responsibility to locate their package if they have entered an incorrect shipping address.
Please note that if your order is returned to us, you will be responsible for an RTS fee and any reshipment costs. If you no longer wish to have the order reshipped, you will receive a refund minus the original shipping charges and RTS fees.
We are not responsible for packages that suffer damage during transit, are neglected, or become lost after delivery. This includes shipments that were undeliverable due to the recipient's absence and were subsequently not collected from the UPS Access Point, leading to their eventual disposal by UPS. It remains the customer's responsibility to track their package and stay informed of its status.

Leave With Neighbour/Building

Request for your order to be left with your neighbour/building by providing UPS with their house number and any further instructions. Please note that if you select this option, SourceUnknown and UPS cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage that may occur once your order has been delivered.

Collection from a UPS Service Point

If you won't be in for your delivery, your package will be held at the UPS Service Point.
UPS ODD will show you the nearest UPS Service Points, so you can select which one works best for you. You can contact the Service Point to confirm when you’re ready to collect your parcel, check the deadline for pickup, or even arrange for redelivery with UPS. Please note that if the parcel is not collected within this timeframe, it’ll be sent back to the our global warehouse.
