Return Process
DEADLINE: the deadline for returns is 14 days from the shipping confirmation date.
Items purchased on SourceUnknown are eligible for return provided that they are returned within 14 days of the item's original ship date in new, unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged condition, with all original tags or garment cover attached.
SourceUnknown reserves the right to refuse returns outside this deadline or if the garments are not in the same condition in which they were sent to you or if they do not comply with our return conditions. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods or you have provided proof of return.

Initiate a Return
To initiate an international return, please visit our return portal to access and print your pre-paid return label and schedule a pick-up/or drop-off. All orders are not eligible for complimentary returns, and a $25 shipping/restocking/handling fee will be deducted from your refund.

Non-returnable
The original shipping fee incurred at the time of purchase is non-refundable.
Items with more than a 15% discount are non-returnable.
Any item marked Final Sale cannot be refunded and are not eligible for refund or store credit. No exceptions will be made for sizing, fit, or fabric issues.
Accessories including Jewelries, Belts, Sunglasses, Hats (Bags are excluded from this category.) cannot be returned.
To ensure footwear is eligible for return, please try it on while standing on a carpeted surface. Footwear must be returned in its original shoebox with any packaging intact. Shoeboxes are not to be used as shipping boxes. The shoebox should be placed within appropriate outer packaging, with contents secured within.
Items delivered with a garment cover or hangtags will only be accepted for return if they are in their original condition, with all components intact.
Returns missing the garment cover or hangtags will not be processed, refund will not be issued.

Please Note:
Returns are accepted at the sole discretion of sourceunknown.com. Items that are deemed not to meet one or more of the eligibility criteria outlined above will be handled on a case-by-case basis, which may include 1) refusing to accept the return and sending it back to the purchaser or 2) deducting a fee from the refund or merchandise credit to cover the expense of cleaning, repair, and/or shoebox replacement.
All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to customers. Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition please contact us immediately with images of the defects within 7 days of received and must be in its original condition, unworn and unwashed.
Store credit payments are non-refundable, as they are provided through a one-time code. If store credit is issued due to return rejection or for any other reason, refunding via a one-time code is not possible.
We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you need a different size, item, etc. kindly place a new order for the item and return your current full priced item for a refund.
