We have a 21-day from the delivery date, no-questions-asked return policy. Returns will only be processed accordingly when they arrive within the 21 day return period.
NON REFUNDABLE ITEMS:
- Accessories including Jewelries, Belts, Sunglasses, Hats. (Bags are excluded from this category)
- SALE Items cannot be refunded or exchanged (marked down items, orders placed during a sale period and sale codes greater than 15%)
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn and in the same condition that you received it in with the original tags.
We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you need a different size, item, etc. kindly place a new order for the item and return your current Full Priced item for a refund.
Returns postmarked 21 day policy are ineligible for a refund but will automatically be processed for an online credit ("SourceUnknownCredit"). Please note that we do not offer free returns and shipping labels for any kinds of orders.

Kindly note our US warehouse is permanently closed due to Covid-19 pandemic.
*Any returns will have to be sent to our International Warehouse.
Refunds (if applicable):
Once your return is received and inspected we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and on the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
***The customer is responsible for paying its shipping costs for returning any item(s) using a trackable shipping method. All shipping costs (original and return) are non-refundable.
Defective or wrong items must be claimed, with images of the defects, within 7 days of receipt and must be in its original condition, unworn and unwashed
