What is pre-order?
A pre-order lets you exclusively reserve a limited product that will become available at a later date. If an item transitions to pre-order, it offers you exclusive access to garments that are not part of our regular stock and are available in very limited quantities—an opportunity to secure unique, special pieces. By carefully considering production capacities, material sourcing, factory timelines, and warehouse logistics, we finalize the pre-order schedule and quantities. Production of materials and components begins based on the exact quantities sold within the designated pre-order period. While these items may take a little longer to reach you, typically around three weeks, this thoughtful approach ensures a more tailored response to your needs, providing a curated selection that speaks to exclusivity and craftsmanship.

When will my pre-order ship?
Please refer to the timeframes listed on each product page when ordering items from Pre-order items. Once the warehouse receives your Pre-order items, we will send you an email notification as soon as the package is shipped. Your order will then be dispatched and delivered according to the shipping schedules for your destination.

When I will be charged pre-order items?
You will be charged when you place your order.

Can I include items from Pre-order and regular stock in a single order?
Yes, you can combine items from Pre-order items and regular stock in one order. However, please be aware that all items in such an order will be shipped together following the longest timeframe, once your Pre-order items are ready to dispatch. If you would like your regular stock items to arrive earlier, we recommend placing a separate order.

What is Coming Soon?
Products marked "Coming soon" are incoming pieces not yet in stock. You can sign up to get notified via email when they arrive – simply click the "Notify me" button, enter your email address and click OK. You will then receive an email notification when the product is available to buy.

How do I use my discount code?
Discount codes are codes that can be applied to your order to receive a discount.
Your discount code must be entered at checkout before proceeding to pay. Please ensure that you enter the code exactly as you have received it. Once you have entered your code click on the APPLY button.
Discount codes are shared periodically in our email updates and on our website. Subscribe to our newsletter to receive offer information. Please refer to the terms and conditions on each offer.
If your discount code is still not working, please contact our customer service team and we will be happy to assist you.
Please note, discount codes must be entered manually at checkout. The discount value cannot be applied as a refund after the order is placed.

Can I cancel or change my order?

When will I receive my refund?
We are currently experiencing a high volume of orders & returns.
We process all refunds within 10 days of receipt of the return and upon approval. Your refund will be processed through the same payment method used for your original order. -

What currencies can I pay in?
All prices listed on our site are in US dollars, and charged to your credit card in US dollars. The bank that has issued your credit card determines the exact exchange rate that you will be charged, but in general it should match closely with the current rate.
