Delivery

At SourceUnknown, we are committed to providing a seamless shopping experience. All orders will now be sent directly from our Global warehouse.
• Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days from the date of purchase and dispatched within 3–5 business days. During sale periods, processing may take longer (up to 48 hours) excluding weekends and major holidays.
• Shipping costs vary depending on your delivery address and will be shown at checkout.
• Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.
• We do not provide overnight or alternative shipping methods.
• We are unable to redirect shipment to a different address or cancel the order once it has been dispatched.
• DHL does not ship to a PO Box.
We do not ship to the following destinations: Afghanistan, Belarus, Bonaire, Sint Eustatius and Saba, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Haiti, South Korea, Mali, Micronesia, Myanmar, Netherlands Antilles, Niger, Russia, Somalia, Sudan, Turkey, or Ukraine.

Customs Policy

Duties and taxes are automatically calculated at checkout based on your shipping destination.
• United States & Canada: duties and taxes are included at checkout in most cases, but local customs changes may result in additional charges upon delivery. Customers are responsible for any such charges.
• Rest of the World: product price and shipping fee are shown at checkout, and no additional charges are required after dispatch.
Please note: If you refuse delivery after dispatch, the package will be treated as abandoned and will not be eligible for a refund. Orders returned due to non-delivery will have shipping and return fees deducted.

DHL & Signature

All orders shipped via DHL Express require a signature on delivery for security. If no one is available, the driver will attempt delivery twice. After that, your package will be held at a DHL Service Point. To collect it, you must present your shipment number and a valid form of identification.
• If you choose to waive the signature requirement or request delivery to a neighbor/building, SourceUnknown and DHL cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage after delivery.
• DHL may allow alternative delivery options, such as rescheduling or collection from a Service Point. Please visit the DHL website to manage your preferences.
• If you refuse delivery for any reason after the package dispatch, your package will be treated as abandoned by the shipping carrier and will not be eligible for a refund. Orders that are not received by the recipient and therefore sent back will be deducted a shipping fee.
Our shipping partner, DHL, also offers you the flexibility to make changes to your delivery while your purchase is on its way to you. We recommend visiting the DHL website to manage your delivery preferences, such as selecting a new delivery date, changing delivery address, or arranging for self-collection. Please note that if the parcel is not collected within DHL’s specified holding period, it will be returned to our global warehouse.

Lost Packages

SourceUnknown is not responsible for lost packages in transit or after delivery without signature confirmation.
• Customers are responsible for tracking their shipments and ensuring the correct shipping address is provided.
• If your order is returned to us, you will be charged for return-to-sender (RTS) and reshipment costs. Refunds will be issued minus the original shipping fee and RTS fees.
• Packages not collected within DHL’s holding period will be returned to our warehouse or disposed of by DHL. It remains the customer's responsibility to track their package and stay informed of its status.
• Request for your order to be left with your neighbour/building by providing DHL with their house number and any further instructions.
SourceUnknown and DHL cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage that may occur once your order has been delivered.
