Starting on May 1, 2023, SourceUnknown is shipping worldwide on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis and we take care of all the customs procedures, duties & taxes of the countries of destination.

It means all prices are inclusive of applicable customs duties and taxes, and the price of the garment as it appears on the screen is a final price to be paid by the customer.

(Note - All orders placed through April 30, 2023 will be shipped Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU). Once your order is shipped, the carrier will bill you to pay all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to. All duties are not collected by SourceUnknown; they are passed directly to your local customs office)

Please Note

  • All delivery will be made with Signature Required option by UPS
  • We are unable to redirect shipment to a different address or cancel the order once it has been dispatched
  • Once your package has been sighed for and delivered, SourceUnknown is not responsible for theft or damage. If you choose to waive the signature, your package is only insured through transit, and the customer bears responsibility upon delivery 
  • Our shipping partner, UPS, also offers you the flexibility to make changes to your delivery while your purchase is on its way to you. Enter your mobile number at checkout to receive an SMS notification after your order has been dispatched
  • Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.
  • Unfortunately, we are not responsible for packages that may become damaged in transit or lost after delivered. It is the responsibility of the customer to track their package and monitor its status. 
  • It is the customer's responsibility to locate their package if they have entered an incorrect shipping address. Please note that if your order is returned to us, you will be responsible for an RTS fee and any reshipment costs. If you no longer wish to have the order reshipped, you will receive a refund minus the original shipping charges and RTS fees.

Making a return is easy (starting on all orders placed from May 1, 2023.) Just make sure you request a return label and send your item(s) back to us within 14 days of order delivery date.



To initiate a return, please visit return portal to access and print your pre-paid UPS return label and schedule a pick-up. (please note the $25 cost of your return label will be deducted from your refund)


To be eligible for a return, all items must be in their original condition that can show no sign of wear and the item remains in the same condition as sold, i.e. clean and in perfect shape, not washed. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered will not be accepted.



Your item(s) should be sent back to us within 14 days. Returns outside these timeframes may be accepted at the discretion of SourceUnknown and may only be refunded as a store credit.



Accessories including Jewelries, Belts, Sunglasses, Hats (Bags are excluded from this category.) Any item marked Final Sale cannot be refunded and are not eligible for refund or store credit. No exceptions will be made for sizing, fit, or fabric issues.



We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you need a different size, item, etc. kindly place a new order for the item and return your current full priced item for a refund.



All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to customers. Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition please contact us immediately with images of the defects within 7 days of received and must be in its original condition, unworn and unwashed.
